1970	Oct	The KAORI HEAT TREATMENT CO., LTD. was established in Hsin-Chuan city. The investment
		capital was NTD 2.6 million.

1971	Jul	The construction of the plant buildings and equipments were completed.
		The salt bath furnace coming from the FLUMINA CO., West Germany.

1977	Mar	Kaori was estabilished in Kao Hsiung.
	Nov	Purchased soft nitriding furnace " Tufftride" from the DEGUSSA CO., west Germany.

1986	Nov	The new plant in the Chung-Li industrial district was under construction.

1987	Jun	The first phase of the construction of the plant buildings and equipments was completed.

1993	Nov	The new plant in the Yung-An industrial district, Kao Hsiung, was under construction.

1994	Spr	Founded the plate type heat exchanger division.

1995	Sep	Kaori (Kao Hsiung) moved to Yung-An industrial district.

	Spr	Purchased vacuum furnace from ABAR IPSEN CO., U.S.A.

1997	Jul	The capital was increased to NTD 200 million. Kaori was authorized by Securities and Futures Bureau,
		and became a public company.
	Oct	Yung-An plant purchased car-type annealing furnace.

1998	May	Yung-An plant purchased sub-zero(-1800C) treatment furnace.
	Jun	Chung-Li plant purchased continuous furnace from KANTO YAKIN CO., Japan.
	Aug	The capital was increased to NTD 249 million.

1999	Spr	Chung-Li plant purchased mesh belt type continuous atmosphere annealing f urnance from KANTO
		YAKIN CO., Japan.
	Jun	Awarded with certificate of qualification for ISO9001：2000 in heat treatment plant and brazing plant by
		International Organization for Standard.

2001	Jan	Awarded with certificate of qualification for UL marking in plate heat exchanger division by
		Underwriter's Laboratory registration.
	Jan	The new plant in the Ben-Zhou industrial district was under construction.
	Jun	Ben-Zhou plant purchased 600TON continuous pressing machine.

2002	Jan	The Ben-Zhon plant located in Ben-Zhou industrial district (Kao Hsiung) was completed .
	Mar	Kaori invested overseas related company, 100% stock ownership, The capital was USD 2.7 million and
		USD 2.6 million, respectively.
	Jul	Kaori invested USD 2.3 million to build the Kaori Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. in China, Ningbo
		free trade industrial district.
	Aug	The capital was increased to NTD 261 million.

2003	Jun	Ben-Zhou plant purchased belt type Oxynon con-tinuous brazing furnance from KANTO YAKIN CO., Japan.
	Aug	The capital was increased to NTD 290 million.
	Aug	Awarded with certificate of qualification for CE(PED) marking in plate heat exchanger division by the
		pressure equipment directive.

2004	Jan	Kaori Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. was completed and started to manufacture plate exchanger.

2005	Mar	Awarded with certificate of qualification for ISO9001：2000 in the Ben-Zhonplant by International
		Organization for standard.
	Aug	The capital was increased to NTD 347 million.

2006	Jan	Founded metal ware division merged the brazing division.
	Feb	Kaori's shares were authorized by Securities and Futures Bureau, and became listed securities.
	Jun	The third plant was completed in Chung-Li industrial district.

2007	Aug	Issued the first time domestic unsecured convertible corporate bonds NT$150 million.
